Rubber Chicken is still in development because of a very annoying bug that prevented the final release :(. I believe you can only see links test because you're an author - its just a test.

For the TV effect thingy:
Get a clip of the bounty hunter "TV" thing.
Then set the mask to "negative", and mask out the ground, walls, etc. (not the TV)
To get rid of the inside of the TV (so it shows your clip), you can try Chroma-Keying it, or you can try masking it out aswell.
I prefer using the chroma key, though. Laziness :3.
